T.I. was reportedly involved in a brawl early Sunday morning with professional boxer Floyd Mayweather. According to TMZ, the Atlanta rapper took a swing at Mayweather at a Las Vegas Fatburger and a grand chair-throwing melee erupted.
The cause of the brawl is unclear, but TMZ reports that T.I. had been upset by an Instagram photo his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, posted earlier that day of herself with Mayweather’s teenage daughter. Mayweather reportedly told T.I. to “control your bitch” during the confrontation.
Las Vegas Police say that a Fatburger employee was slashed during the fight, but he refused medical treatment and would not cooperate with investigating officers. T.I. had already left the scene before police arrived, and Mayweather was on his way out. A representative for T.I. was not immediately available for comment.
Late last month, T.I. was involved in a standoff with the Los Angeles Police Department along with Game, after a fight broke out between friends of the two rappers and security guards for the Supperclub in Hollywood.
