Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong could sign for Italian Serie A side, this according to his Italian agent Andrea Manfredonia.
The 22-year-old is available on a free transfer after being released by relegated Championship side Barnsley, where he spent six months.
The former Arsenal player will be searching for a club this summer and his agent is refusing to rule out a move to the peninsula.
‘For a 22-year-old boy he has plenty of experience,’ Manfredonia told Gianlucadimarzio.
‘He’s a very interesting player who could come in handy for several of Italy’s bigger clubs. It’s a great transfer market opportunity, because he is out of a contract and holds a British passport.’
