Water Supply To Offinso North And Some Parts Of Techiman Restored


Residents of Offinso North and some parts of Techiman Municipality went through real hell since they had to live without water some months ago.

This was as a result of an accident that damaged one of the major pipelines that served as a source of supply.

Thankfully, residents can heave a sigh of relief since the situation has improved due to the repair of the damages caused.

Water is now flowing all over the town and it appears life is back to normal now.

According to the Brong- Ahafo Regional Manager of the Ghana Water Company, Mr. Nkrumah, who spoke to Cruz FM’s Morning Show Host Alhassan Bin Jibril Spelele, the repair work was done at a cost of GH₵39,460.

Mr. Nkrumah further revealed that Hon. Samuel Appiah Kubi, who happened to be the DCE for Offinso North District on his part committed GH₵15,000 to resolve the water crisis.
