Airtel Ghana is giving its customers even more talk-time through a revamped ‘Talk Chaw’ offer dubbed “Talk Chaw Ankasa”.
Under the new offer, every customer is given an extremely low and achievable target based on their daily usage trend of the past, and once they meet the target, they will get five times (500%) bonus.
A statement from Airtel said “assigned targets can be reached through usage on Voice (on-net, off-net, International) SMS (Peer to Peer, on-net, off-net, International) and Data (Pay As You Go) from one’s main account any time during the day.”
It noted that the bonus airtime would be paid into bonus wallet and can be utilized for only Airtel to Airtel calls on the same day it is received as the validity expires every 12 pm midnight of the same day.
Marketing Director of Airtel Ghana, Manu Rajan was quoted as saying the Talk Chaw Ankasa promo was opened to all Airtel prepaid customers and can be enjoyed without prior subscription.
“Customers can check their daily target by dialing *171#, after which they get to see their target for the day, how much they have already achieved, target yet to be achieved and the balance on free minutes for the day,” he added.
He further stated that the offer was intended to offer loyal customers of Airtel the opportunity to stay in touch with friends and family the whole day without having to spend so much for it.
“For every product development embarked upon by Airtel, the value we offer for the customer remains the driving force because we are in the business of giving them telecommunications experience that is not only delightful, but second to none. That’s not surprising because the Airtel brand is built on the value that consumers need quality products and services round the clock”, he explained.
