Asiedu Nketia, Fiifi Kwetey Have No Locus; I Speak For Gov’t – Sam George Brags

As the arrogance of a group of non-National Democratic Congress (NDC) insurgents who are fast destroying the fortunes of the Mamaha administration hits its crescendo, a certain Samuel George Nettey has touched the tail of the NDC, by recklessly degrading the party’s General Secretary, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia and Minister of State in-charge of Financial Services, Hon. Fiifi Kwetey.

The NPP urchin, who suddenly jumped onto the NDC train after the 2008 victory, once again displayed his gross arrogance and disrespect toward the NDC Elders on Joy FM’s current affairs programme, Newsfile, last Saturday.

In direct referring to General Mosquito’s call; and Hon. Fiifi Kwetey’s support for Government to fall on the Heritage Fund to ease the financial crunch hitting the Economy, Samuel George arrogantly took a swipe at the aforementioned gentlemen and said Government has taken no such decision.

In his usual abrasive conceited manner, Samuel George said that General Mosquito and Fiifi Kwetey must not be taken seriously. “I speak for Government,” Samuel George unpleasantly posited.

“Asiedu Nketia and Fiifi Kwetey spoke in their private capacity; I speak as a member of Government Communications Team,” he said.

According to him, even though Asiedu Nketia attends Cabinet Meetings, he (Samuel George) has authority to speak to the issue of the use of the Heritage Fund.

Samuel George worked in the office of the late Alhaji Aliu Mahama when the latter was Vice President to President Kufuor.

He, however, jumped ship just after the 2008 elections and joined the NDC; and he is one of the “latter-day saints” whose infantile and arrogant posturing is creating so much problems for the NDC and Mahama Administration.

According to Flagstaff House sources, Samuel George is currently an appendage of Stan Dogbe and does the bidding of his boss (Stan). “Some of us are very fed up with these small boys who are disrespecting the NDC party and also destroying the President’s image: how dare this small boy go on air to disrespect Asiedu Nketia and Hon. Fiifi Kwetey,” the source fumed.

“If the NDC does not wake up and get this arrogant small boy off the airwaves, he will destroy your party in no time,” a Multi Media source told this paper.

“As for us at Joy FM, we will continue to give him the space to destroy President Mahama and the NDC,” the source added.

Indeed, The Informer cannot understand why and how Samuel George Nettey can say on air that his voice is more important than that of General Mosquito and Hon. Fiifi Kwetey. Who at all is in-charge of the so-called Government Communications Team?

Where is Ben Dotse Marlor? Is he really in-charge of these reckless small boys who are undermining him and creating so much problems for the Mahama Administration?
