King Faisal charged for misconduct

King Faisal have been charged by the Ghana Football Association for their their conduct in the MTN FA Cup quarter-final.

Faisal face two counts of misconduct for their actions during the last-eight fixture against Aduana Stars on 27th April, 2014 in Dormaa.

The Club will first have to respond to the charge of misconduct after their officials wore T-shirts with logo and branding of a sponsor of a different competition without prior consent and approval of the Ghana Football Association.

The second count is their refusal and neglect to wear the MTN FA Cup sponsor’s logo and branding on their strips without the prior consent and approval of the Ghana Football Association.

King Faisal have until 5pm on 8 May 2014 to respond to the charges.
