Ghanaian striker Mahatma Otoo scores as Sogndal rout Ardal in Norwegian Cup

Ghanaian striker Mahatma Otoo opened the scoring for Sogndal in their 4-0 win over lower division side Ardal on Thursday night.

The former Ghana Premier League goal king struck after two minutes to open the floodgates and give his side a 1-0 first half lead.

After the break, Bjoern Inge Utvik made it 2-0 in the 52nd minute and the third was recorded on 75 minutes through Oerjan Hopen.

Kristoffer Nesse Stephensen put the icing on the cake two minutes later.

Otoo made ten appearances in the league last season and scored one goal.

 
He looks determined to improve this term.
