Michael Essien scores in AC Milan practice friendly against Vergiatese

Michael Essien was on target for the AC Milan during a practice match on Tuesday.

The Ghanaian international, who returned to Milan training after recovering from injury, scored the third goal in the 4-0 win over lower division side Vergiatese.

The 31-year-old struck the goal in the 28 th minute with the others goals coming from Petagna El Shaarawy and Saponara.

Essien could be in line for this Friday’s big clash against AS Roma.
