Ghanaians urged to exercise regularly

He urged Ghanaians, especially Christians, to use their holidays for games, by exercising to relax the body rather than always engage in prayers.

Rev. Abbey gave the advice when the church organized fun games at the Tarkwa Senior High School Park to climax activities for this years Easter celebrations.

Some of the activities included sack race, lime and spoon, volley ball, table tennis, ludo, draught and football. Other members from branches at Aboso, New Atuabo and Akyempim joined the event.

They also danced to some gospel tunes.
The Area Pastor stressed the need for Christians to lead healthy lifestyles so that they can contribute to nation building.

Rev. Abbey appealed to politicians to have the country at heart and put in strategic measures that would improve the current state of the nation for Ghanaians to lead comfortable lives.

The Head Pastor of the Church at Aboso, Rev. Emmanuel Tackie Otoo, called on churches to hold games periodically to sustain unity in the church.
