Real estate company Blue Rose Limited has confirmed its participation in the upcoming 39th edition of the SWAG Awards Night scheduled for the Banquet Hall of the State House on Saturday May 17.
The company donated an amount of GH¢2000 as their contribution towards the successful organisation of the Awards.
According to the Business Development Manager of Blue Rose Limited, Joseph Opoku Adjei, the donation is the company’s widow’s mite towards the successful organisation of the annual awards which seeks to honour sportsmen and sportswomen, sports dignitaries and corporate bodies that have distinguished themselves in various disciplines of sports.
Mr Opoku Adjei stated that his company’s partnership with SWAG was a launch pad towards sports development in the country.
The real estate company, a GREDA affiliated member established in 2008, has come to stay with its strength in the provision of affordable housing to meet the needs of every Ghanaian using 21st century materials.
The company has built and sold houses to staff of various institutions like the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), HFC Bank, Cocobod and several public sector workers through a joint collaboration between HFC Bank, Government of Ghana and Blue Rose Limited. In this partnership alone, the company built and sold over 800 houses to both the public and private sector workers through mortgage.
Some of the company’s achievements include winning Silver at the 2nd Ghana Business & Financial Services Excellence Awards 2009, Residential Developer of the year 2010, Quality Crown Awards in London 2012, Best Enterprise Internationally and Manager of the year at the Socrates Awards in London 2013.
Her Excellency Irene Vida Gala, Brazil Ambassador to Ghana, will be the special guest at the upcoming 39th SWAG Awards Night.
SWAG is the only media body in Ghana affiliated to AIPS, the accredited media partners of FIFA.
