British sports brand Mitre has reached an agreement with the Asean Football Federation (AFF) to become the ball supplier to the AFF Suzuki Cup 2014.
The 2014 edition of the biennial soccer tournament, which features eight national teams from across South East Asia, will be co-hosted by reigning champions Singapore and Vietnam from 22nd November to 20th December.
Chirag Patel, the vice president of product and marketing at Mitre, commented: “This partnership is a great opportunity for us to build brand awareness on a global scale, whilst creating new sales opportunities in countries where football is watched and loved by millions.
