EB-Accion To Reward Loyal Customers

April 14, 2014: EB-ACCION, a savings and loans company registered with the Bank of Ghana offering financial services to low income and un-banked target group has announced a loyalty promotion to reward existing loyal and potential customers. The EB-ACCION ‘Loyalty Promotion’ will span between the months of April and October 2014.

Existing and new customers who deposit at least GHS 150 or multiples of it from April 2014 would automatically be rewarded with various exciting gift items.

Mr. Samson Addo, the Deposit Manager, explaining how the promotion will work, said that customers who accumulate high deposits will be instantly rewarded at the end of every month during the promotion period. “This loyalty promotion is going to reward most customers within the six-month period.

In October, a grand awards ceremony will be held whereby the top ten customers who have deposited and maintained the highest deposits throughout the 6 months promotion period will participate in a simple quiz to test their knowledge of EB-ACCION and its services. The customer who wins the quiz will take home a cash prize of GHS 10, 000 and other consolation prizes.”

Mrs Linda Naykene, Head Corporate Affairs, Research and Remittances, also shared the company’s excitement and commitment to reward and build on the good relationships they have established over the years with their customers.

She further stated that EB-ACCION Savings and Loans Company Ltd started operations in 2007 and that it was born out of a partnership between Ecobank Ghana and ACCION International, as well Ecobank Transnational Incorporated and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
