Head Coach of Medeama SC Carlos Roberto Paullette has launched a stinging attack on Ghanaian match officials tagging them as amongst the ‘worst’ referees anyone can find on the continent.
The Peruvian trainer who claims to have suffered from the hands of officiating official from his days at RTU, King Faisal and now Medeama SC insists that the referees, aside been ignorant are also corrupt’
“You come into a game and wonder if these people who are suppose to ensure fairness and equity in the matches really know what they have learnt or the application of it”.
“I have worked in Africa and I know how it working in other areas but I affirm that Ghana referees are among the worst, far behind even Cameroon and Ivory Coast”.
“It is not that they dont know the activity or professional alone but from their demeanor you know the referees are bloody corrupt because it can suprise you when they say this is what the game must go and this is what we want”.
