Commercial activities resume in Tamale after attack

According to Citi FM’s Northern regional correspondent, Mashoud Kombat, the traders and other residents in the metropolis feel safe following the increased patrols by the police and military.

“Most people are going on with their activities knowing very well that their backs are being covered by the enforcement of law and order. The security visibility in the metropolis has also been increased,” he stated.

Meanwhile an amalgamation of the youth have condemned the recent attacks.

The group has also called on aggrieved parties to exercise restraint and to resort to the due process in resolving their grievances.
