Gospel musician Akesse Brempong is making Ghana proud with his hit single ‘Crazy Love’. The gospel artiste has taken a seat at the number 10 spot of gospel Innovation’s world top 20 gospel chart, nydjlive reports.
Proudly sitting at number 10 of gospel Innovation’s world top 20 gospel chart for the month of March 2014 is the Ghanaian contemporary gospel musician, Akesse Brempong’s hit track ‘Crazy Love’.
Gospel innovation, a UK based global gospel media company compiled the list.
“I feel blessed! The thing is, No one sets out to write a hit song, to record a hit track or to shoot a hit video. You simply can’t guarantee that any song would be a hit. It is just a blessing that God would reward our obedience and diligence in such a way.
“God has great stuff in store for us. Look, I’m not the only Ghanaian artiste who has been on gospel Innovation’s top 20 list, my big brother Cwesi Oteng was on the list just last year, and it goes to prove that Ghana is ready to take on the world.”
Akesse Brempong is deep into preparations for the release of his debut album Songs in the Night.
The album release concert comes off on Sunday 6th April at the Pentecost International Worship Centre – Dansoman SSNIT flats at 4:00pm. Akesse will be joined in concert by contemporary gospel giants Eugene Zuta and Cwesi Oteng.
