We all hear people die every day but the death of some close relations is so difficult to take and that has being the situation of Ghanaian Afro Pop singer Adolf Tagoe.
The sudden demise of his beloved sister Millicent Tagoe who’s death occurred at the Lekma hospital on the 23rd January, 2014, he said has caused him so much pain that it will take much time to get the wounds healed. According to the ‘Kakalika Dance’ hit maker, the sister will be laid in state on the 14th and 15th of March 2014 at Nungua Traditional authority opposite the Nungua secondary school in Accra.
The Nii Moi We family will continue with a thanks giving service on the 16th March at 9am at the same venue. The singer said in an interview that her sister was an inspiration not to him alone but the whole family. “I really appreciate the love some of my fellow musicians in the country have shown to my family. Those who know about the sad news have been supportive in their own small way” Adolf added.
According to him, he will always miss the joke they shared together.
“On the 14th and 15th of this month is my sister Millicent Tagoe’s funeral, You are personally invited @Nungua Traditional Authority opposite Nungua secondary school.
Come help me say good bye to my only sister, one who believed and trust in everything I do to the end” Adolf said in a tweet on Monday.
