Calm and collected Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata and his wife Madam Esther Cobbah have given Peacefmonline.com a rare photo opportunity to capture them together with our lens.

Boateng met the high profile couple last Saturday during Komla Dumor’s funeral at the forecourt of the State House and respectfully asked them to pose for the camera. Mr. and Mrs. Tsikata who are hardly seen posing for pictures together readily obliged, smiled and posed for a few shots.
Tsatsu Tsikata is considered one of the best lawyers Ghana has ever produced. Tsatsu, born 1 October 1950 is a Ghanaian academician and lawyer. He is also a former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.
Tsikata gained admission into the University of Ghana, Legon at the age of 16, where he obtained an LL.B First Class degree at the age of 18 years.
He then won a post-graduate scholarship from the University of Ghana to Oxford University where he again obtained first class honors in Bachelor of Civil Law which is equivalent to a master’s degree at other British universities.
He was jailed for five year for causing Financial loss to the state on June 18 2009 after a 6 year trial. He was released by the then President Kuffour adminstration who used his Executive Powers to free him in 2010. He openly refused President Kufour’s pardon insisting that he would use the law to establish his innocence.
Tsatsu’s face was seen on TV on daily basis for 8 month as lead counsel for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the election petition hearing last year and he is married to Esther Amba Numaba Cobbah with three children.
Madam Esther Cobbah who is the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Communications Africa Limited (Stratcomm Africa), has strong professional credentials in communications. She has degrees from the University of Ghana as well as a postgraduate degree from Cornell University in the United States of America.
She has a passion for the value of effective communications processes for corporate profitability, national development and international understanding. She has been a consultant for numerous organizations, local & international, public and private. She has grown the company from a study table to a reputable company in Africa’s communication industry.
