Management of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital say they have responded largely to demands by striking doctors at the hospital.
The doctors carried out their threat to go on strike if security at the hospital is not improved.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Public Relations Officer at the hospital Kwame Frimpong, said Security patrols in the hospital have been beefed up after a meeting between the Management of the hospital and the Police.
He said due to the nature of the strike the hospital will not admit new cases.
