Andre Ayew is expected to return for Marseille for the first in three months against Bastia this weekend.
The 24-year-old has been sidelined with mid-November after going under the knife following an injury suffered while on international duty with Ghana.
The talisman stepped his recovery early last month but now looks set to be involved in Saturday’s game at the Stade Vélodrome.
He was initially billed to return to the pitch on February 16 but has seems to have recovered ahead of schedule.
Marseille have fluffed their lines during the absence of the Ghanaian talisman as they have suffered several defeats in the French domestic leagues.
