The love season has finally arrived and once again, Cine Afrik is rolling out thrilling concepts to entertain and pamper the general public and viewers of the Channel in the month of February.
To kick off the celebration, the channel has lined up a series of programmes and event from February 1 to February 14, 2014 under the umbrella theme of “Love Renewals”.
The season kicks off with the usual highly entertaining Valentine Chronicles TV show which runs daily from February 3, and climaxes on February, 13 at 8pm.
It features sensational interviews on the love lives of celebrity guests and their better halves with much drama for a thrilled audience amidst enthralling artistic performances, love renewals and audience participation.
On February 14, Cine Afrik in partnership with Alisa Hotel is hosting yet another special event dubbed “Cine Afrik Night Out, A Valentine Special” at 5pm, at Alisa Hotel.
The 2nd edition of the event, designed to spark romance between couples and to create the desire for singles in the Valentine Season will telecast live on Cine Afrik.
The Night features enthralling musical performances by Afro-eclectic singer Efya and pop singer Kesse, Fashion Showcase by House of Eccentric, Hillarious Comedy by DKB and Nii Kpakpo, lots of gifts, music, dance and food to share.
Regular tickets for the event cost GHC 70.00 (singles) and GHC 120.00 (couples); VIP tickets are going for GHC 150.00 for couples.

Cine Afrik Channel Manager, Nana Yaa Serwaa Sarpong said in an interview that, Valentine “is an important opportunity to re-affirm our love to each other and show appreciation in a remarkable way that leaves lasting fondness.”
All activities of the season will be hosted by the Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD).
