SuperSport intend taking some Ghanaian football administrators to Germany as part of continued studies on how the Ghanaian top flight can be enhanced.

The Ghana Premier League television rights holders organized a two-day seminar for officials of Premier League clubs and key members of the Ghana FA on how the championship can be well marketed and promoted.

The two-day seminar which had world renowned marketing expert Stanley Mathews as the resource person also focused on how the individual clubs can market themselves well enough to attract the needed financial support through sponsorship.

SuperSport have now revealed plans of taking some key football administrators to Germany to study the evolution of the Bundesliga into one of the most lucrative brands in world football in the present day.

“This seminar has been very good, we have learnt a lot of things and there are also plans to take some of the officials to Germany to see how their professional league is also run,” Stanley Mathews who works as SuperSport’s Commercial Director revealed to GHANAsoccernet.com.

“These are all part of the capacity building initiatives that SuperSport promised when we signed the partnership agreement with the Ghana FA last year.”

The South Africa-based broadcasting firm provide a bigger platform for the viewing of Ghanaian top flight with their wider reach across the African continent and beyound .
