Company Controlling Specialist main responsibilities are to provide high quality accounting, support compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to support financial advice.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/div>\n
\n

  1. Ensure alignment with global financial processes and accounting directives<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Provide high quality accounting and financial reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Provide correct Legal Entity Income Statements and Balance Sheets<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Support with financial advice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Main Activities<\/div>\n

      \n
    1. Perform Period-End-Closing: accounts reconciliation, valuation, analysis of legal entity IS\/BS, prepare journal vouchers<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Perform asset control activities<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Support legal forecasting<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Monitor precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Support follow-up on intercompany issues<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Maintain external contracts database<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Maintain general ledger master data<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Prepare statutory accounts, notes, and reports<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Prepare statistical returns<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Perform records retention governance activities<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Support development of financial processes<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. Support identification and mitigation of financial risks<\/span><\/li>\n
    13. Signoff of applicable SOX controls<\/span><\/li>\n
    14. Support in statutory and FIRE audits<\/span><\/li>\n
    15. Support efficiency and quality programs within Company Controlling <\/span>Authorities<\/span><\/li>\n
    16. Signing of applicable SOX key controls<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
