Originally scheduled for April 13, the event will now take place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) next month, the organizers have said.<span id=\"more-27120\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Nii Aryeetey Hammond of Charterhouse told Peace \u00a0FM\u2019s Akwasi Aboagye on Thursday that all is set for the 2013 edition to roll.\u00a0The\u00a0availability\u00a0of the Conference Centre has for sometime now become a\u00a0headache\u00a0for the organizers, after all the dates they would have preferred to host the event, were booked in advance by other organizers and event planners, thus settling for the May 18 date.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c1\" style=\"\"\/>\n<p>The DOME of the AICC, which has been hosting the event for sometime now has been closed down for renovations, and would only be opened for business in December, making it impossible for the event to be held there.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c1\" style=\"\"><noscript><\/p>\n<div id=\"adconb_e4604b968c\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/756eptn.php_70.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/noscript><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp_rp_wrap wp_rp_momma wp_rp_content\" id=\"wp_rp_first\">\n<div class=\"wp_rp_footer\">Zemanta<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-connect-comments\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> Its official!!!The 14th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will now be held on May 18.
