Dzeko going nowhere

Edin Dzeko

Edin dzeko has ruled out a move away from Manchester City either now or in the summer.

The City front man has been linked with moves away from the Etihad Stadium as he has not been impressed by Roberto Mancini’s rotation policy.

Dzeko, 26, is City’s top scorer so far this season with 11 goals but is still not a regular on the Premier League champions’ team-sheet.

The Bosnian had admitted in the summer that he was interested in a move back to the Bundesliga, where he starred for Wolfsburg before a move to City.

Serie A giants Inter have expressed an interest in Dzeko during this transfer window, but the striker’s agent, Irfan Redzepagic, claims he is going nowhere.

“I do not know anything about it (Inter’s interest),” he told Daily Star.

“Inter never contacted me, but they would have been rebuffed.

“Edin is happy at Manchester City and has no intention to move from there.

“Neither to Inter nor any other club.”
