Ladies Man Addison More Popular Than Micheal Jackson

Former Member of Parliament for Asokwa, Maxwell Kofi Jumah says the
lead counsel for the petitioners in the ongoing Presidential Election Petition has gained more prominence worldwide than the king of pop Michael Jackson.

He said Philip Addison is now a “hot cake” and the most sought after lawyer following his “exceptional” performance in court.

Kofi Jumah’s comment comes after the Daily Guide newspaper reported that single women in Kumasi, the Ashanti regional capital have gone ‘wild’ for Addison.

This was after the petitioners counsel revealed in an interview with a Kumasi based radio station, Kessben FM that he was single.

Immediately after the interview, according to Daily Guide calls started flooding the phone lines of Kessben FM from single women openly expressing their love for Addison and other requesting his contact.

Confirming the incident, Kofi Jumah on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Thursday said the Philip Addison’s feat is “enormously overwhelming”. He contended that Addison’s popularity keeps soaring every day and has also won the hearts of many of female admirers both home and abroad.

Kofi Jumah added that if Michael Jackson, the king of pop resurrects from the dead, ladies man Philip Addison “will be more popular”. The former Asokwa MP claimed some of these female admirers call him personally to express their unending love for Philip Addison.

He alleged that Addison has gone into a self-imposed exile because of the kind of wild reception that is associated with his public outings.

He maintained that Philip Addison just like other lawyers in the legal team is one of the best legal brains Ghana has ever produced. Commenting on the petitioners chances in the court case, Kofi Jumah said the legal team had done everything humanly possible to prove their case thus the onus lies with the nine judges to ensure justice.
