Coach Frimpong Manso, Samuel Otoo and Mallam Issah have been elected to represent the Ashanti Region at the upcoming Congress of the Ghana FA.

This was after the ordinary session of the regional congress held on Wednesday.

Regional FA chairman Osei Tutu Agyemang completes the list of delegates to represent the region at the ordinary Ghana FA Congress at the end of the month as the fourth automaric choice.

The Regional congress deliberated on how to stem out hooliganism from the game while patting member clubs on the back for a successful season.

None of the region’s elite and second tier division clubs suffered relegation last term.

The clubs were also educated on the automated registration and club licensing system which takes effect nationwide in the coming season.

Chairman Osei Tutu Agyemang was however concerned with difficulties in retrieving mandatory dues and fines from members and urged them to make such payments timely.

Members were also urged to use the apporpriate judicial systems provided for the the RFA as a superior process of seeking redress and not resorting to radio stations.

The Region also made profit after the auditing and presentation of its accounts.
