JULIA Roberts used to bully her half-sister for being overweight.
Nancy Moates revealed to American tabloid the National Enquirer that her famous sibling teased her mercilessly about her appearance.
“When I was in High School and she was an adult, she would just let me know that I was definitely overweight,” said Nancy, who once weighed nearly 300 pounds.
She added that it made her “feel incredibly hurt and very sad.”
Due to the years of criticism, Nancy underwent gastric bypass surgery in June 2012 and now tips the scales at 155.
It was recently reported that Julia, 45, planned to skip Nancy’s wedding to fiancé John Dilbeck next year because she hates the groom and doesn’t want to get stuck with the bill.
“Now, with Nancy openly attacking her in the press, this just ices it,” said the source.
