England: Chelsea cannot rely on Mourinho Alone to give them title, says Lampard

Frank Lampard believe his team mates in Chelsea are poised to sustain Barclays premier League title this season because Jose Mourinho alone cannot do the job.  The England midfielder believe another Premier league title can be won and it must be this season.
