Chiefs kick against renomination of DCE

They also talked about the deplorable condition of the road network between Todome and Dzemeni which had remained a non-starter. “The DCE who is not a unifier is also meddling in the chieftaincy affairs of Kpalime traditional area in particular and we wish to state that he does not have the capacity or constitutional right to do so.
