Another baby was today found abandoned in a Lagos canal. The baby who still had its umbilical cord is suspected to be about 3 days old. The baby was found floating atop a canal located at Orisan street, by Iyana bus stop, Ajangbadi, Lagos. The heart of man is desperately wicked……See pics after the cut:
