The need to create knowledge and pursue the country’s local content aspirations in the oil and gas sector has resulted in the establishment of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) oil and gas learning foundation.
It is a charitable foundation aimed at giving better institutional focus to GNPC’s contribution to the building of national capacity in oil and gas sciences, policy, management and operations in order to achieve national local content aspirations.
