Maritzburg United have agreed to offer their Ghanaian winger Frank Sarfo Gyamfi to Kotoko on a one-year loan deal, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
Kotoko have been locked up in discussions with the South African side over the winger over the past few weeks.
United have agreed to allow the player to join Kotoko on a season-long loan deal and will be expected to be heavily involved in next year’s CAF Champions League.
The Premier League Champions have long been linked with a move for the player before he decided to sign for the South African outfit.
Officials of Kotoko have informed GHANAsoccernet exclusively that United have agreed to give the player to them for a period of 12 months.
The 18-year-old exciting winger is currently in Ghana to complete the move to the Kumasi-based side.
