GHANSU grateful to Turkish sponsor R&E

Other Sports of Monday, 5 August 2013 Source: Daily Graphic The Ghana National Supporters Union (GHANSU) has expressed its gratitude to R&E company, a Turkish concrete manufacturing outfit based in Accra, for providing the union with the needed logistic to enable it travel to Turkey to support the national U-20 team, the Black Satellites during the FIFA U-20 World Cup recently.The company provided the Ghansu members who made the trip to Turkey with return tickets, supporters apparels and accommodation throughout the three-week tournament.The Satellites who played their matches in the Turkish cities of Istanbul, Kayseri and Bursa won bronze and Ghansu were in all the venues to support the Ghanaian side.Last Friday, members of the union were at the premises of R&E to thank the company, particularly its managing director, Sari Tuker.Abraham Boakye, president of GHANSU, was particularly impressed with the assistance from the company at a very short notice.Mr Tuker pledged his company’s readiness to support the group in its future travels to support any of the Ghana national teams.
