Kenya’s disc spinner and celebrated jockey DJ Pinye is mourning his younger brother, Murimi, 31 who passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013.
Peter Chuani ‘ DJ Pinye’ has been living with his brother since their mother died in 2010.
Murimi suffered from Cerebral Palsy, a condition which made DJ Pinye to raise awareness on Cerebral Palsy in the country, working with the Cerebral Palsy Society of Kenya – a charity organization helping to raise fund and awareness and at the same time fighting stigma and get people living with the condition to be accepted in the society.
According to sources, Murimu passed on as he was being rushed to the hospital after some complications.
