Ghanaian youth sensation Koby Arthur feels he is well ready for Birmingham City’s season opener against Watford on Saturday in the English Npower Championship.
The 17-year-old attacking midfielder featured prominently in the Blues pre-season scoring once in five games as they fix their focus for their promotion campaign.
Arthur joined Birmingham last season from an English non-league side and appeared on City’s first team sheet thrice – playing twice for them.
Birmingham open their season at the St Andrew’s Stadium against visiting Watford on Saturday and nimble architect playmaker feels he will fit well into Lee Clark’s team.
“It was a high tempo and all the lads are ready for Saturday with full commitment in the camp. And I’m really prepared and ready for Saturday,” he told Ghanasoccernet.com.
He is likely to make a second half appearances in the game for Birmingham City.
