DSP Tettey said he later approached his next victim who is a banker and convinced her to pay an amount of GH₵5,200 for the supply of clothing and shoes for sale.

He said the victims lodged a complaint with the police and during an operation; Owusu was arrested at his hideout at a hotel at East Legon.
