Renowned Ghanaian sports journalist Aminu Mohammed (Joe Debrah) has been awarded for his impressive works as a native of the Brong Ahafo Region.

The Happy FM reporter who is from Berekum is deemed a good servant who used his profession to effect positive change back in his native region.

‘Joe Debrah’ as he is popularly known is fluent in English and French as well as several local dialetes – making him one of the most versatile sports reporters on the local terrain.

He has covered several international and local competitions and has conducted himself worthy of emulation.

He is friends with almost every influential individual in the industry, from players, administrators, coaches, agents, clubs etc.

For his good works, Joe Debrah was one of the distinguished awardees from the Brong Ahafo Region in a ceremony organized by Bombisco Multimedia with the various chief in the region in support.

Personalities drawn from Politics, Security Services, Entertainment, Broadcasting, the Corperate fraternity, sports and many other categories received awards.

Presidents of Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United Emmanuel Kyeremeh and Kingsley Acheaw were also amongst the awardees.
