Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have earmarked Ghana U20 left-back Jeremiah Akorful as backup for Uganda full-back who may leave the club.
Ochaya has admitted he would not turn down a move to the German Bundesliga after receiving trial offers.
The Ugandan international defender might be allowed to leave and Kotoko have identified the impressive Tema Youth captain as his replacement.
Akorful was one of the brightest spots in the Ghana U20 side during the African Youth Championship in Algeria in March.
The youngster also has foreign offers pending and Youth would weigh the options available for the 19-year-old.
Akorful was the only player who did not get playing minutes in the Ghana U20 team during the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey last month.
