Inter Milan Walter Mazzari did not name Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan in his 25-man to the United States for pre-season.

The youngster, who featured at the just ended FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey, will miss out on Guinness International Champions Cup.

This has fuelled speculations the 19-year-old will be farmed out this season after excelling for Livorno, who got promoted to the Serie A last season, on a six-month loan spell.

Duncan made 23 appearances and scored two goals.

Inter will face Chelsea in Indianapolis on August 1, before playing the winners of Milan and Valencia in New York three days later.

They will then go to Miami to participate in the final, third place, fifth place or seventh place matches – depending on results.

The Nerazzurri are also set to play a prestigious friendly against Real Madrid in St. Louis.

New boys Ishak Belfodil and Mauro Icardi have been named in the travelling party, whilst Javier Zanetti, Diego Milito and Mateo Kovacic will go to the USA but won’t play.

Inter Milan squad:

Goalkeepers: Samir Handanovic, Luca Castellazzi, Juan Pablo Carrizo;
