I’m Dating A Tall Lady – Actor

Looking at his “midgeted” figure, most people would think that popular actor Joe Shortingo would prefer ladies of his size. But no! The actor who has warmed many movie enthusiasts with his acting prowess rather has a taste for tall ladies.

“I have been dating a tall lady for the past five years and we get along very well. Tall ladies attract me and I also admire them” he confessed to Showbiz in an interview last Tuesday.

He said that although most movie celebrities do not talk openly about their relationships, he was proud to talk of his relationship anytime since he has got the kind of woman who any man would like to flaunt in public.

Talking about how he handles his sweetheart, Joe Shortingo said he had no particular formula. “There is no formula for romance. Although I am smallish and my lady is tall, I handle her very well and my lady can attest to it” Joe Shortingo happily revealed.

Any plans for marriage? The 26-year-old actor who is known for movies like Yeeko Mbaa Pe, Fatal Lust, Bosomba, and No Time to Die and Baba’s Song said he wants to put few things in place before he finally ties the knot with his sweet.

Apart from the lady he is dating, Joe Shortingo disclosed that there are a lot more ladies chasing after him but he snubs them because he knows they are after his money.

“Many ladies of today would pretend they love you without even thinking about your body size once you have the money and I am very much aware of it so no lady can play such tricks on me”

Away from his love-life, Joe Shortingo who has played alongside actors Nana Ama McBrown, Yvonne Nelson, Mercy Asiedu, Kalsoume Sinare, Wayoosi and Agya Koo revealed that, he used to be very upset with certain comments people made about his body size.

“I use to be offended when people take me for granted. Some people thought I was a small boy and wanted to play with me but when I start talking and they realise the sense I am making, they accord me the needed respect” Joe Shortingo added.

Joe Shortingo is however happy that people now respect him for whom he is. According to him, big men invite him to their houses to dine with them and advise their kids on various subjects.

Real name Joseph Pamfo, he was born in Apam in the Central region and the actor who is known for speaking good English said he feels unique when he is around people.

“I feel unique because there is no one like me and I like the fact that I am counted among men and not boys”.
