A Reputable Financial Institution in the Western Region is looking for qualified, experienced, dedicated and reliable persons to fill the position of an Administrative Officer

  1. Recruitment and Administration of the Human Resource of the company
  2. Collation and submission of income tax documentation
  3. Submission of Withholding tax,tax clearance and SSNIT Contributions
  4. Assisting the secretary as and when required
  5. Attending meetings and taking minutes
  6. Staff annual leave administration
  7. Manage filling, storage and security of documents
  8. Preparation and filling of documents with the Registrar General’s Department
  9. Preparation of Staff Payroll
  10. Any other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager

Qualification and Requirements
  1. First Degree in Management Studies
  2. Work Experience: 3 – 5 years.
  3. Must be computer Literate
