Job Title: DB Administrator (Oracle & SQL)

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region

Department – Technology /Head Office

Job Purpose

1. To maintain the integrity of the core banking database, as well as other databases for all other business applications; to ensure availability and timely recovery, in the event of disaster.
2. The job-holder is also expected to ensure good health of the operating system platforms on which these database bases run.

Qualification and Requirements

1. A recognized University Degree in Information Systems/Technology.
2. Excellent Knowledge of UNIX/Microsoft Operating Systems.
3. Knowledge of Flexcube/Flex branch preferable.
4. Excellent Knowledge in administering Oracle Database 11g
5. OCP Certification is an advantage
6. Knowledge in administering Microsoft SQL server
7. Data center procedures
8. Knowledge and appreciation of the Banking /Financial industry would be an advantage
9. 5 years working experience preferably in a Financial Institution.

The role will report to the Technology Department /Head Office
