When their partnership with Sing Out Media U.K was agreed and signed some months back, pundits in the Ghanaian entertainment industry projected a tremendous rise to the international world by these gospel kings. No Tribe has won all the necessary awards in this country and what they need at this time is international exposure.
It was out of that conviction, that is why they joined forces with one of the strongest brands in U.K in terms of promotion for their international concert to be held in London on the 29th of June at the Dominion centre.
Being their first international concert this year, Flex newspaper reporters asked them if there is something special they are planning to give to their London fans that is likely to be different from what we know them in Ghana for.
Read their response: “there comes a time in the career of every artiste that one needs to try different territories to verify how your songs are being received in the international world. We have been to London for other occasions like supporting other gospel shows and some other musicians. But we are facing this one with more urgency because we are the headline artistes, therefore we have just one chance to score higher marks. We are battle ready to make a mark that no gospel artiste in Ghana has made in that part of the country. This is a dream come true because we feel we have been over used in Ghana and we need international exposure as well” Lord Osei Bondzie and Nana Kwaku Osei aka Nacy told this paper.
In a short release delivered by their publicist Samuel Atuobi Baah, he stated that he has done his checks in London and is so much aware that the expectation for this concert is more than they are even projecting. “I have been following activities on social media like facebook, watsapp and twitter and I can assure you that the people in London really want to see the African Gospel Music award winners praising God with them in the United Praiz concert set for 29th June at Dominion Centre” Sammy Baah added.
