Latest Mercedes-benz E-Class

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the latest edition of the E-class model which is now available in two front end designs.

“The new E-class, with an aggressively styled grille and a large central star, will appeal to the sportily inclined and Avantgarde driver whilst the traditional 3-pointed Mercedes-Benz star sits in its familiar place on the bonnet,” Nouhad Kalmoni, Chief Executive Offircer (CEO) of Silver Star Auto Limited, told reporters when he launched the vehicle Thursday in Accra.

The latest model has an elegant re-styling of the headlamps, a prominent feature of the new external design while the four-eyed headlamp is now replaced though not completely by a one piece design which houses all lightening functions.

It also has side design feature lines rising from the front towards together with other feature lines in the rear doors.

The vehicle’s width is enhanced by a wider rear bumper and longitudinally subdivided tail lights. The tail lights create a stylish night design which makes the new E-Class easily recognizable.

Mr. Kalmoni further noted, “The newly-launched Mercedes is also designed with wider ranges of engines. There are nine variants of diesel engines and eleven petrol engines which offer maximum pulling power, extreme smooth running, lower fuel consumption and emissions.”

He added that the new E-class has also been developed with a luxurious monitoring system.

“It has an inbuilt collation assistant, a visual warning system, which allows the driver to prevent a rear collision. It also comes with a close range monitoring system which enables the driver to prevent collision during parking or slow maneuvering. There is also an active lane assistant that helps the driver to monitor and ensure that he is in lane.”

He also cited the company’s commitment to support the youth in the country.

Mr. Nouhad indicated that the company, this year, would offer sponsorship to students of the Radford University College as part of its corporate social responsibility.
