The Senior Sales Executive creates opportunities for potentials clients to choose ICT solutions from AFOL. The focus is more on prospective customers, selling to them and upgrading them profitably and ensuring service excellence at all times.
The position requires an individual capable of dealing with executives including Managing Directors, IT Managers, CEO’s etc. The role therefore requires someone very articulate with excellent interpersonal skills. The individual must be abreast with technological trends and developments and be able to convey specific customer requirements to the technical department for solutions.
  1. Identifying prospects and closing new business opportunities
  2. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  3. Creating & presenting sales proposals/quotations/RFP responses
  4. Maintain proper records of all installations, upgrades and downtimes.
  5. Manage new and existing clients – create good rapport with all to ensure client loyalty and visiting a customer at least once every month.
  6. Liaise with the Service delivery team to ensure client installation and queries are responded to timely and issues resolved within 24 hours.
  7. Compile required reports on weekly and monthly basis
  8. Stay abreast of evolving information available to the industry
  9. Prepare monthly sales forecasts report
Qualification and Requirements
  1. The position requires at least a diploma in Sales or Marketing with two years’ working experience.
  2. A relevant University Degree will be an added advantage.
