Medeama will play in the CAF Champions League next season if they win the Ghanaian Premier League title, club president Moses Armah has confirmed.

The Mauves and Yellows have enjoyed a tremendous campaign with remarkable performances in the top-flight so far.

Pulling out of Africa’s inter club competition has become all too familiar option for Ghanaian clubs due to the huge financial implications.

But Medeama chief Moses Armah has confirmed their readiness to take on the rest of the continent if they seal their first Premier League crown this term.

“All expenses needed for Africa have been put in place in the hope that we win the League,” Armah said

“Our ambition of winning the double is still on course and we’re working towards it.

“Motivation is key to ensuring success and so we’re really keeping our focus. We’ll be ready for Africa if we win the League.

Tha Tarkwa-based side lie top of the table with seven games to end the season.
