Ayariga Must Stop The Unnecessary Agitations And Fight NDC’s “Corrupt” Nature- Hopeson Adorye

A member of the NPP’s communication team, Hopeson Adorye has appealed to the Minister of Information and Media Relations, Mahama Ayariga not to divert the attention of Ghanaians through his deliberate plan to introduce new controversial topics, such as calling on the Supreme Court to halt the live telecast of its proceedings.

He tasked him to halt the unnecessary agitations and concentrate on wiping the synonymous “corruption” NDC has built for itself.

According to him, the attempt to get the proceedings delayed was a rehearsed plan by the NDC to get vital portions edited should the Supreme Court accept the plea.

The Information and Media Relations Minister, Mahama Ayariga shared his candid opinion on the live telecast of the election petition case pending at the Supreme Court and offered that it was wrecking the economy.

According to the Information Minister, investors would be captivated into Ghana when productivity of the country is improved but devoting hours to televise the election dispute before the Supreme Court would negatively affect the generation of revenue for the economy and as a result, pose a threat to the national fund.

But clearly not satisfied with the piece of advice the Information Minister had to offer, Mr. Adorye stated in an interview with Peacefmonline.com that he finds it hard to believe that Mr. Ayariga would channel his energy on discussing petition matters when there were pertinent issues to talk about.
