Laryea Kingston insists he remains committed to Hearts

Hearts midfielder Laryea Kingston insists he remains committed to the club despite the stand-off between the two parties.

The 32-year-old is serving an indefinite suspension without salary after assaulting the club’s accountant Hackman Aidoo.

The former Heart of Midlothian enforcer has refused to apologise to the club insisting he did no wrong for the offence he has been accused of.

Kingston has revealed his love for the capital-based side insisting he’s still dedicated to the club.

“I’m still a Hearts of Oak player, at the moment I’m suspended but still have a contract with the club till June,” he said

“In life you can’t please everybody, as for me I have no problem with the team, I can never turn my back on the team considering what they have done for me.

“I love Hearts and will remain a Hearts fan and I will do anything for them if they need me,” he said.

Kingston joined his boyhood club two seasons ago but his stay has been characterized by many off the field incidents.
