An Automobile Service Delivery Company requires the services of an experienced candidate to fill this position.
  1. Receive customers call for bookings or complaints ensuring communication is clear, concise and polite.
  2. Identify and resolve customer queries.
  3. Escalate and route customer issues to the relevant process operators.
  4. Follow through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
  5. Enlighten and educate customers on new products and initiatives.
  6. Adhere to assigned shift slots ensuring availability throughout the shift period
  7. Participate in team initiatives and activities.
  8. Attend team meetings and other call center specific initiatives.
  9. Generate relevant reports for the Control/Call Centre Manager.
  10. Maintain communication with customers waiting for taxis.
  11. Log in lost and found items forwarded in the appropriate database.
  12. Ensure all lost and found items are properly stored for retrieval for enquiring customers
  13. Advise vehicle operators on traffic conditions, hazards or delays and recommends alternate routes.
  14. Operate control equipments and ensure that unauthorized persons are not allowed access into the control room.
  15. Dispatch Mobile Monitoring Officers to taxis as required and where misconduct has been detected.
  16. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Control/Call Centre Manager.
Qualification and Requirements
  1. A minimum of a Diploma
  2. Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  3. Must possess good oral and communication skill
  4. Must be energetic with a passion for excellence.
  5. Must be reliable, honest and confident with good interpersonal skill
  6. Must be willing to adopt a proactive approach to work
  7. Must be computer literate.
