Inter Milan are set to seal an exchange deal with Cagliari for the services of Victor Ibarbo and Radja Nainggolan with Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan and Samuele Longo going the other way.

The young Ghanaian prodigy has struggled to become a regular first team player with the Nerazzurri and was farmed out on loan to Serie-B club Livorno at the beginning of the season.

Inter are however ready to part company with Duncan in a deal which will see them benefit from the arrival of Colombian striker Victor Ibarbo.

They have also proposed another move for Radja Nainggolan with striker Samuele Longo being used as bait.

The exchange deal according to reports in Italy are almost a done deal with the only sticking points being the valuation placed by Cagliari on their players.

Inter are however said to be preparing a plan B to sign Alajandro Gomez from Catania if their proposed deal for the Cagliari duo fall through.
